If you also want to update the new number in Aadhaar, then here is the method:-
Step 1
Link mobile number to Aadhaar: If yours has been closed or due to any other reason you want to link a new mobile number to Aadhaar, then you can get it done.
For this, you have to go to your nearest Aadhar Seva Centre.
Step 2
You get an appointment at the center or if there is no crowd, your work can be done on the same day.
After this, you have to go to the center take the correction form, and then fill it out.
Step 3
In this form, you have to fill in important information like cardholder name, mobile number, and Aadhaar number.
Also, fill in the new mobile number which is to be updated.
Be careful not to enter the wrong mobile number, please check once.
Step 4
After this, you have to give the form to the officer
Now your biometrics will be taken, photo will be clicked.
Then the updated mobile number will be told to you by the officer, and confirmed after listening.
After this, you have to pay the fees and then your mobile number is updated and it gets updated within a few days.
