Ingredients required-
- Onion- 1
- Tomato- 1
- Cucumber- 1
- Sweet Corn- 2 tbsp
- Boiled black gram – 4 tbsp
- Paneer or tofu – about 40 grams
- Lemon- half
- Black salt- as per taste
- Cumin powder- as per taste
- Black pepper- as per taste
Method to prepare
- Take about half a spoonful of ghee.
- Add onion to it and fry it lightly.
- Now add sweet corn and black gram and mix lightly.
- Now add cucumber, tomato, lemon, black salt, black pepper and cumin powder.
