Ingredients required
- Cloves - 2-3
- Ginger – 1 inch grated
- Water- about 200 ml.
Method to prepare and use
- Soak the cloves in water overnight or for about 6 hours.
- Then boil it.
- Add ginger to it also.
- Your tea is ready.
- You can also add lemon juice to it.
- Drink it 1 hour before sleeping.
