Ingredients required to make Tomato Upma-
1 cup rava
2 tomatoes
1/2 onion chopped
2 tbsp peas
2 beans chopped
3 tbsp peanuts
1 tsp mustard seeds
1-inch piece ginger chopped
2 green chilies
2 tbsp green coriander leaves
8-10 curry leaves
1/2 tsp urad dal
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp sugar
1 tbsp desi ghee
2 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

How to make Tomato Upma?
To make tomato upma, first, wash the tomatoes and onions and chop them finely.
Then wash green chilies and green coriander leaves and cut them into fine pieces.
After this, put rava in a pan and fry it on low flame for about 4-5 minutes.
Then when the semolina turns pink and fragrant after roasting, turn off the gas.
After this, put oil in another pan and heat it on medium flame.
Then add mustard seeds, urad dal, and curry leaves and fry them.
After this, add peanuts to it and fry till it becomes crispy.
Then put finely chopped onion in it and cook till it turns light pink.
After that add chopped ginger and green chilies and fry them for about 1 minute.
Then you put finely chopped tomatoes in it and cook till it becomes soft.
After this, add peas and beans to it and cook it well.
Then add turmeric, sugar, and salt as per taste and cook for 1 minute.
After this, add 3 cups of water and 1 tablespoon of ghee and boil it.
Then put roasted rava in it and slow down the flame of the gas while stirring.
After this, cook it until all the water from the semolina dries up.
Then you boil it well and turn off the gas.
Now your tasty and healthy tomato upma is ready.
Then garnish it with finely chopped green coriander leaves and serve hot.
