Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp curd,
- 2 tbsp mustard oil,
- 5-6 potatoes,
- 3 finely chopped onions,
- 2-3 chopped green chilies,
- 1 tsp red chili powder,
- 1 tsp turmeric powder,
- 1 tsp cumin powder,
- 1 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste,
- salt to taste
Method :
- First of all, boil the potato and peel it and cut it into pieces.
- Now put oil in a hot pan. Then add chopped onion, green chili, and ginger-garlic paste and fry it.
- Then add a tablespoon of curd to it and add spices along with it.
- Keep roasting the spices added with curd continuously.
- When the spices start leaving oil, add potatoes to it and stir it well.
- Now add a cup of water and salt as per taste, and turn off the gas when it starts boiling.
- Potato-curd curry is ready. If you want, you can also garnish it with coriander leaves.
