Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp curd,
  • 2 tbsp mustard oil,
  • 5-6 potatoes,
  • 3 finely chopped onions,
  • 2-3 chopped green chilies,
  • 1 tsp red chili powder,
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder,
  • 1 tsp cumin powder,
  • 1 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste,
  • salt to taste

Method :

  • First of all, boil the potato and peel it and cut it into pieces.
  • Now put oil in a hot pan. Then add chopped onion, green chili, and ginger-garlic paste and fry it.
  • Then add a tablespoon of curd to it and add spices along with it.
  • Keep roasting the spices added with curd continuously.
  • When the spices start leaving oil, add potatoes to it and stir it well.
  • Now add a cup of water and salt as per taste, and turn off the gas when it starts boiling.
  • Potato-curd curry is ready. If you want, you can also garnish it with coriander leaves.
