3. Excessive use of mobile
In the current era, we cannot even imagine our life without mobile phones, but their addiction damages our eyes in the long term. Due to reading fine words on the smartphone, there is stress on the eyes, due to which the eyesight can decrease. So don't use it for long.
4. Water
The name of most active muscles in our body is the eye muscles, which need to maintain moisture in the eyes to work. If we drink less water, then the activity of these muscles will decrease. Due to this, there will be a risk of swelling in the eyes.
5. Frequent rubbing of eyes
Many of us habitually rub or rub our eyes repeatedly, even if we do not realize it, but it can prove to be very harmful to the health of the eyes. Doing this has a very bad effect on the blood vessels located under the eyelids. Therefore, if there is itching in the eyes, instead of rubbing them, clean them with cold water.
