Drinking water immediately after the gym is beneficial or harmful?

1. Give your body some rest after a workout, drink water only when you sweat and your heartbeat becomes normal.
2. Even then don't drink water gushingly, drinking water comfortably does not harm the body.
3. Drink water sitting comfortably, it reaches most parts of the body.
4. Drink only normal water after the gym, cold water from the fridge is the home of diseases.
5. Add lemon and black salt to the water, it replenishes the electrolytes which are lost due to sweating.
