1. Cow's Milk Ghee

Eat 1 spoonful of cow's milk ghee before sleeping or in the morning on an empty stomach.

Cow's pure ghee is good, but buffalo's milk ghee can increase obesity. It also does not suit everyone and in such a situation you should not take it. Ghee made from buffalo milk is good for those who want to gain weight.
Cow's milk

Do not eat dry raisins at all. Dry food increases the vatadosha and in such a situation the problem of gas increases a lot. It will also give difficulty in getting digested.
Amla juice
Amla is rich in Vitamin C and it is a great laxative that you can take for a variety of health issues. Amla is also good for your constipation problem.

You can take it in the morning like an amla shot or it can also be taken in the form of fruit or powder on an empty stomach early in the morning.

Don't eat it excessively. If you do this, you will feel a problem in your stomach, it is good only in a limited quantity.
Fenugreek seeds
Fenugreek seeds can also prove to be good for solving many problems related to your stomach. Fenugreek seeds are undoubtedly very beneficial and can also prove to be good for skin and hair.

Soak 1 tsp fenugreek seeds overnight and take it with water early in the morning or else you can soak them in the morning and then take it with lukewarm water at bedtime.

Don't eat it dry either. Soaked fenugreek seeds will be beneficial. Some people have the habit of swallowing fenugreek seeds with water without soaking them and this habit is not right. Fenugreek seeds should not be taken by people who have excessive pitta dosha.
