Ingredients for Veg Manchurian
Cabbage – 250 grams
Oil – to fry Manchurian
Red chilli powder – 1 teaspoon
Black pepper powder – 1 teaspoon
Corn flour – 2 spoons
Cauliflower – 100 grams
Flour – 4 spoons
Salt - as per taste
Ginger-garlic paste - 2 teaspoons
Water – half glass

Ingredients for Manchurian Gravy
Carrot – 1 (finely chopped)
Capsicum – 1 (finely chopped)
Green chili- 2 (finely chopped)
Vinegar – 2 teaspoons
Soy sauce – 2 teaspoons
Salt - as per taste
Water
Oil

Manchurian Recipe
– First of all, clean the cabbage and cauliflower thoroughly grate them, and take them out in a big vessel. Now add corn flour and flour and mix.
– Add black pepper, red chili, salt, and ginger-garlic paste to it and mix it well.
– If the mixture seems too heavy then add a little water to it. After this, make small balls of this mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the balls until they turn golden.

Manchurian Gravy Recipe
– Heat the pan on low flame on the gas. Add 2-3 spoons of oil to the pan and heat it. When the oil is hot, add ginger and garlic and fry it.
- After roasting ginger and garlic, add all the vegetables (carrot, onion, capsicum, and green chili) and fry well.
– When the vegetables are cooked, dissolve sugar, salt, 2 spoons of sauce, and a little flour in water and mix. After cooking for some time, add water to it and cook.
– When the gravy thickens, add Manchurian balls to it and cook well. Veg Manchurian is ready.
