Chickpeas are very beneficial for health. So today we will prepare a very healthy and tasty vegetable Chana Korma from it, let's know its recipe.

Ingredients:
- Chickpeas - 1 cup (soaked overnight),
- Onion - 1 cup chopped,
- Green chili - 2 chopped,
- Tomato - 1/2 cup (chopped),
- Ginger - 2 inches (chopped),
- Garlic - 5 cloves chopped Nuts,
- Cumin - 1 tsp,
- Fennel - 1/2 tsp,
- Curry leaves - 10-12,
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp,
- Red chili powder - 1 tsp,
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp,
- Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - as per taste
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Ghee - 1 tsp
- Green coriander for garnishing
Ingredients:
- Coconut - 1/2 cup (grated),
- Cashews - 3,
- Poppy seeds - 1 tsp,
- Black pepper - 1/2 tsp,
- Water - 1/4 cup
Method :
- Soak chickpeas in water overnight. Boil the cooker till five to six whistles.
- Heat oil in a pan. After this, temper it with cumin, fennel, and curry leaves.
- After this, add onion, garlic, ginger, and green chilies and fry for some time. Fry till onions turn golden.
- Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt, and fry for a while until they leave the oil.
- Now it is the turn to add boiled chickpeas in it. Mix the gram and cover and cook for at least 15 more minutes.
- Till then prepare a thin paste by mixing grated coconut, poppy seeds, cashew nuts, and black pepper.
- After 15 minutes, mix this paste with the chickpea paste.
- Turn off the gas and serve garnished with green coriander from above.
