Ingredients:

  • 4 slices of whole wheat bread
  • 1/2 cup of grated cheese (cheddar or any other cheese of your choice)
  • 1/2 cup of mixed vegetables (sliced bell peppers, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms, etc.)
  • 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro (coriander)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat a grill pan or a sandwich maker.
