Ingredients needed to make Veg Biryani
Boiled rice – 2 cups
Mix Vegetable – 3 cups
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Onion chopped - 1/4 cup
Ginger chopped - 1 tsp
Garlic chopped – 5-6 cloves
Green coriander - 2-3 tbsp
Green chili - 1-2
Cumin - 1 tsp

Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Biryani masala - 1 tsp
Oil - as required
Salt - as per taste
Lemon juice - 1 tsp

Veg Biryani Recipe
To make Veg Biryani at home, first, boil the rice. While the rice is boiling, cut the green vegetables into small pieces. After this, cut onion, garlic, chili, and coriander and keep them separately. Now take a pan and heat the oil in it. When the oil becomes hot, add chopped onion and garlic to it and fry for some time.

When it is golden, add the rest of the vegetables and fry them. After frying all the things well, add all the spices including turmeric, coriander powder, and red chili powder, and fry them. Meanwhile, add salt according to taste. After roasting this mixture well, put half of it in a bowl and separate it.

Spread a layer of boiled rice over the remaining mixture. After laying one layer, apply another layer of cooked vegetables. Cover the pan with another layer of rice over it and let the biryani cook for another 5-7 minutes. When it is cooked, garnish it by adding green coriander on top. Now serve it with Raita.
