About 8 km from Badrinath and 5 km from Mana, the last village of India, this waterfall is known as Vasudhara Falls. There is a belief about this waterfall that its water does not touch the body of sinners. The water of the spring stops falling only by the touch of a sinful person.
The waterfall is 400 feet high
The mention of this special and mysterious waterfall is also found in the scriptures. Falling from a height of about 400 feet, this waterfall cannot be seen till the peak at a glance. The beautiful pearly water stream of this waterfall makes people feel like heaven on earth. Apart from this, it is also said about this waterfall that its waterfalls through many types of herbs, due to which the person on whom its water falls becomes healthy.
Distance covered in two hours
To reach Vasudhara Falls, the burst track starts from Mana village. Hereafter the Saraswati temple, this five km long track becomes very difficult. The land here is very hard and stony, due to which it takes about two hours to reach Vasudhara from Mana village. During this, there is no facility for food and water on the way. However, to reach here, devotees and tourists get the facility of horse mule and dandi-kandi from Mana village.
