While placing the idol or photo of Ganesha, keep in mind that the direction of his trunk should be counterclockwise because it is considered necessary to have the trunk of the idol kept inside the house clockwise.

Take care of currency

If you want to put a Ganpati idol or photo at the main door of the house, then pay special attention to the fact that Ganesh ji should be sitting. Standing Ganesh Mudra is an indicator of Ganesha's departure.

Do not put idols on the wall
