Ingredients required to make rose barfi-
1 cup rose petals
1 cup almonds
1 cup coconut (grated)
1/2 cup sugar
½ cup water
1 tsp pure ghee
How to make Gulab ki Barfi? (How To Make Rose Barfi)
To make Gulab Barfi, first of all, pluck the rose petals.
Then keep these petals soaked in water for some time.
After this, soak the coconut in hot water for about one to two hours.
Then take khoya and mash it well.
After this, put coconut and rose petals in a mixer jar and grind them coarsely.
Then put 100 grams of ghee in a pan and keep it for heating.
After this, add nuts to it and fry till it becomes light brown.
Then take out the roasted nuts in a vessel and keep them.
After this add cardamom, coconut, sugar, and khoya and brown it lightly.
Then after about 5 to 10 minutes, when the sugar gets mashed well, take out this mixture on a plate.
After this, place almonds on top of this mixture and cut it into the shape of a barfi and cool it.
Now your tasty rose barfi is ready.
