You can complain on the portal like this:-
Step 1
If you also have any complaint related to PF, then first of all you have to go to EPFO's official complaint portal epfigms.gov.in.
By going here you will see many sections, out of which you have to click on 'Register Grievance'.
Step 2
Then click on PF Number and No in Claim ID
After this enter your UAN number and also fill in the screen code
After this, click on Get Details and by following the further process you can lodge your complaint.

You have to go to the portal and click on the section 'View Status', after which enter your complaint registration number.
Also, enter either your mobile number or email ID.
Step 2
Then fill in the captcha code given on the screen and click on submit.
After this you will see the status of your complaint and will also know which regional office of EPFO is working on your complaint.
