Ayushman card is made for those who are eligible for this scheme. After this, through this card, the cardholder can get free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh in the listed hospitals, but can your Ayushman card be made? Step 1
If you also want to avail the benefit of free treatment under Ayushman Bharat Yojana, then you have to get an Ayushman card made
For this, you have to check the eligibility
To check eligibility, you first have to go to the official website of Ayushman Yojana pmjay.gov.in
Step 2
Now that you have come to the portal of the scheme, you will see many options here
In such a situation, you have to click on 'Am I Eligible' given here
After clicking on this, you are asked to enter your 10-digit mobile number, so fill it
Step 3
Now an OTP i.e. one-time password will come to the mobile number you have filled in here
You have to enter this OTP here
After this, you will see that two options have come in front of you
Step 4
In the first option, you have to choose your state i.e. which state you are a resident of, like- if it is Uttar Pradesh, then choose it
Whereas, in the second option you have to You have to fill in your ration card number and mobile number. After doing this, you will be able to know whether you are eligible to get an Ayushman card or not.
