In this fast-paced life, people do business to earn their livelihood. Some do business, some do jobs. If we talk about jobs, a large section of people are employed. At the same time, many times people have to go to another city for jobs and sometimes for studies, etc. In such a situation, people have to rent a house, but many times it is seen that the landlords get very upset with the tenants. Therefore, if you are also hiring a tenant, then keep some things in mind beforehand. Otherwise, you may get into trouble later. So let us know what are these things which you should keep in mind while renting a house...

These are those four things:-
Verification
If you are hiring a tenant, then it is your responsibility to get the tenant verified. You can get this done from your nearest police station. This is important so that you can know whether the person you are hiring is right or not. On the other hand, if you do not get the tenant verified and he commits some wrongdoing and runs away or the person turns out to be suspicious etc.. So the landlord may get into trouble.

Aadhar card
Whenever you hire a tenant, take a copy of the Aadhaar card from him. Apart from this, you should also see the original Aadhar card and if possible, get it verified. Apart from this, do not forget to get a rent agreement made, this is important.

Terms and conditions
Many times the landlord does not like many things, like non-vegetarian food will not be cooked in the house, what time the gate is closed at night, no friends will come to the house, etc. If as a landlord you also have some conditions, then you should tell to the tenant in advance, so that you do not face any problems later.

Rent and Advance:-
Whenever you hire a tenant, discuss with the tenant in advance how much rent you will charge.
How much will a unit of electricity cost?
Tell the tenant what time the water comes.
If you take the advance, then discuss this in advance so that there is no problem later.
