Ganesh Chaturthi is celebrated every year on the Chaturthi date of Shukla Paksha of Bhadrapada month. This year Ganesh Chaturthi is on 19 September. During this period, the 10-day Ganesh Utsav is celebrated. Ganesh Utsav starts on the day of Ganesh Chaturthi. The Ganesh idol is immersed every 10 days. Ganpati immersion will take place on 28th September.
