Paneer Tomato is a delicious snack that you can enjoy anytime. Do try this delicious recipe once.

Material :
4 tomatoes, 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese, 1 tsp chili flakes, 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, 4 pinches black pepper, 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese, 1 tsp oregano, salt as required Rice bran oil, as required

Method :
Cut the top part of the tomato and take out the seeds, now grease the tomato by applying a little oil.

Now put grated mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese in a bowl. Add oregano, chili flakes, coriander leaves, and salt to taste.

Stuff the paneer evenly in all the tomatoes and mix well, sprinkle a pinch of black pepper powder on each stuffed tomato.

Now place the tomatoes on a greased baking tray, and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 10-12 minutes. You can also put the tomatoes in a pan greased with ghee, cover them with a lid and cook till they become soft.
