Pankaj's first recipe is very simple. All you have to do is soak the nonstick cookware by adding water and liquid soap to it. For this, first, place the pan and fill half of the pan with water. Then add 4 to 5 spoons of soap and mix it and leave it for 10 minutes. Now throw this water in the sink and wash it with clean water and clean it with tissue paper.

Another tip is to always use wooden, silicone or plastic spoons for cooking in non-stick pans. This is because its layer does not deteriorate at all with these utensils and it remains like new for years. At the same time, we should not use any metal spoon or ladle to stir in a non-stick pan.

Never cook your non-stick pan on high flame. If you do this, the layer of the pan will be damaged. So if you are making non-veg, veg or dal, then make it on low flame only. You can cover the pan to cook faster, but high heat is not the solution. This will burn its layer and the food will start sticking.

Many times in a hurry, when we empty the pan after cooking, we put it in the sink while still hot and wash it with cold water. Do not do this at all because if you do this, your non-stick pan will be completely spoiled. It is better to let the pan cool completely and then clean it.

Never clean a non-stick pan with sharp metal objects or harsh cleansers. This can cause the coating of the pan to come off and spoil the pan quickly. So always clean the pan with a soft sponge. Soak the food in the pan for a while, then clean it with some warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth.

If a piece of food sticks to the pan, don't scrub it to clean it. There is a very simple hack for this..all you need is a baking soda pan and water. Then rub it with a sponge and wash it with clean water. Your work is done, and then you can clean the nonstick pan.
Do not stack non-stick pans with other metal utensils. Due to this, the fear of scratching the pan remains. Always keep non-stick pans separate. Also, don't wash non-stick pans with a stack of other utensils. Always wash it and dry it separately.
