Healthy drinks to compensate for the deficiency of vitamins
- Zinc, Vitamin B6, Vitamin C and magnesium are found in pomegranate. Women who are deficient in blood in their bodies and who often feel weak must consume it.
- Beetroot is rich in folate. It also removes iron deficiency in the body.
- Coriander contains Vitamin C, which boosts immunity. It is considered good for digestion.
- Amla juice contains Vitamin C. It boosts immunity and protects from many types of infections. It is beneficial for regulating insulin levels and balancing hormones.
- Magnesium, zinc, calcium and many other essential nutrients are found in pumpkin and sunflower seeds. These are beneficial in many things, from balancing hormones to giving strength to the body.
How to make a vitamin-rich drink?
Ingredients required
- Pomegranate- 1 (seeds removed)
- Beetroot – 1 (chopped)
- Coriander leaves – a handful
- Amla juice- 1 tablespoon
- Water – about half a cup
- Pumpkin seeds- 1 tsp
- Sunflower seeds- 1 tsp
Method to prepare and use
- Grind everything except pumpkin and sunflower seeds.
- Filter them.
- Garnish with seeds on top.
- The healthy drink is ready.
- Drink it once a day.
