Avoid cold
Arthritis pain often triggers when we come in contact with cold. Now in the winter season, the environment is already cold, so all we have to do is to wear woollen clothes to keep ourselves warm and drink cold water. Avoid consuming fruits with a cold nature.
Maintain Vitamin D levels
There is hardly any sunlight in the winter season, Vitamin D deficiency occurs and Vitamin D deficiency triggers rheumatoid arthritis. This increases the problem of pain and swelling in the knees and feet. In such a situation, if you are not able to get Vitamin D from sunlight, then consume Vitamin D-rich foods. For this, you can include food items like egg yolk, mushrooms, soya milk, and almonds in your diet.
Do exercise
During the winter season, we often do activities, due to which the flexibility of our body gets reduced, due to which the problem of joint pain increases. In such a situation, you must do stretching and exercise every day. When you exercise, blood circulation improves, so you can avoid joint pain.
Drink enough water
We drink less water during the winter season. Due to this, dehydration occurs and due to this, it has a bad effect on the joints. In such a situation, you should try to drink an adequate amount of water. This removes the toxins present in the body and reduces pain.
