1. Tulsi

Prevents mouth, lung, liver and skin cancer due to its antioxidant properties. It is also helpful in relieving stress and fatigue. Lowers the level of uric acid in the body, due to which kidney stones occur. Tulsi is like Sanjeevani in health.

2. Amla

Amla is considered a boon of nature in Ayurveda. It is full of nutrients. The availability of vitamin C, calcium, iron anti-oxidants and potassium makes gooseberry beneficial. Amla is a panacea medicine for patients related to kidney blood pressure and liver.

It removes the toxic elements from the skin. Makes hair thick and strong. Consuming gooseberry is beneficial for diabetes and stomach patients. It is a good source of chromium.

3. Fenugreek
