It is based on the principles of Ayurvedic medicine and focuses on balancing the different types of energy within your body, which is said to improve health. 1. Tulsi
Must have tasted basil in tea. Basil growing in every courtyard makes health apart from flavours. It is rich in zinc and vitamin C. It is full of anti-bacterial, anti-viral, and fungal properties.
Prevents mouth, lung, liver and skin cancer due to its antioxidant properties. It is also helpful in relieving stress and fatigue. Lowers the level of uric acid in the body, due to which kidney stones occur. Tulsi is like Sanjeevani in health.
2. Amla
Amla is considered a boon of nature in Ayurveda. It is full of nutrients. The availability of vitamin C, calcium, iron anti-oxidants and potassium makes gooseberry beneficial. Amla is a panacea medicine for patients related to kidney blood pressure and liver.
It removes the toxic elements from the skin. Makes hair thick and strong. Consuming gooseberry is beneficial for diabetes and stomach patients. It is a good source of chromium.
3. Fenugreek
Fenugreek, which is used in spices, also works as a medicine. Vitamins and minerals are found in it. It has the property of preventing the formation of lumps in the body. Fenugreek is used to keep the liver healthy. It also helps in controlling blood sugar.
Many dangerous diseases can be avoided by using them every morning. Its effect is very beneficial in cases of the stomach.
4. Garlic
The use of garlic in the kitchen suddenly increases in winter. Research suggests that garlic develops disease immunity. Its use is beneficial in case of cold, cough and cold. Eating an empty stomach in the morning helps in controlling cholesterol and blood pressure.
It reduces bad cholesterol i.e. LDL. Relieves stuffy nose and throat infections. Eating two buds daily on an empty stomach is beneficial.
5. Ginger
