Check AC filter
The filter inside the AC should be cleaned from time to time. The dirt present in the air leads to cobwebs inside the filter due to which the AC does not work properly. This is one of the reasons why the AC air does not cool down after some time after it is serviced. AC filters should be cleaned twice a month.
Clean outdoor units
We do not consider it necessary to clean the outdoor unit of AC which is wrong. The air of the AC comes out from the outdoor unit itself. If the soil has accumulated over it, the air gets blocked. Due to this AC is not able to work properly and gives hot air. You can take the help of water and cloth to clean the outdoor unit.
Check remote settings
Nowadays many features are given on the remote. The AC starts blowing hot air even when the wrong button is clicked. So whenever you turn on the AC, keep the remote away after that.
Take care
Along with the tips related to AC, take care of window doors as well. If your room is open from somewhere then the air will go out and the room will not be able to heat up.
