UTI means urinary tract infection. This is a type of bladder infection, which occurs more in women than in men.   • To avoid this problem, the most important thing is to take care of personal hygiene. We all know that this problem starts from the vagina itself, so try to always keep your vagina dry. If the vagina is not dry then the possibility of accumulation of bacteria increases. Therefore, after washing the vagina, always wipe it dry with tissues.
  • Women often forget to clean the vagina after physical intimacy. This also increases the risk of UTI. There is a problem of bad smell from the vagina, hence clean the vagina properly after sex.

  • Many women wear the same panty for weeks. If you also do this, then change this habit from today itself. Change panties regularly. This reduces the risk of infection.
  • Women need to take care of their hygiene during periods. Pads should be changed regularly. One should take a bath every day.
  • Holding urine for a long time also causes bacteria to grow in the bladder, which increases the risk of infection. Therefore, whenever you feel the need to urinate, you urinate.

The most important and effective way is to keep yourself well-hydrated. Drinking plenty of water flushes out bacteria from the urinary tract, significantly reducing the risk of infection. You should drink at least 8 glasses of water throughout the day.
