Taking care of skin in winter is not a challenge. As soon as the winter season starts, the skin starts becoming very dry and rough. Carrot
Carrots are available in abundance in the market during the winter season. You must include carrots in your diet. It contains nutrients like BT carotene and lycopene which protect the skin from harmful rays emanating from the sun. Apart from this, it also contains Vitamin A which makes the uneven tone even. It helps in making the skin smooth and moisturized.
Orange

Avocado
You can also consume avocado. This fruit contains a good amount of healthy fats. It helps in keeping the skin flexible. This keeps the skin moist. Anti-aging properties are found in it which reduce wrinkles.
In winter, you should consume super fruits like almonds, figs, and dates. These include iron, protein, calcium, vitamins, omega-3 fatty acids, fibre and many other essential nutrients which prevent your skin from becoming harmful and deeply nourish your skin.
