  • What you are eating, it matters but the quantity of food also matters.

  • Before having a cheat meal, eat something high in fibre. This will prevent you from overeating.
  • Drink plenty of water an hour after the cheat meal. This will help to remove sodium, sugar and other toxins from your body.
  • Have cheat meals for lunch or breakfast. Do not take a cheat meal at dinner. This makes digestion more difficult. Also, there is a higher chance of gaining weight.
  • During dieting, if on any day you eat a one-time meal as a cheat meal, that is, eats anything of your choice, then it is still okay. Don't make anyone's whole day a cheat day.
