Follow these tips for a refreshing morning
- Be sure to follow a relaxing routine. For this, take a bath with lukewarm water before sleeping and do deep breathing exercises, this gives you peaceful sleep and you feel positivity in the morning.
- For a fresh morning, light deodorant should be applied before sleeping at night. This can be beneficial for those who sweat a lot. Due to sweating, body odour starts coming out and this spoils your mood at times. In such a situation, applying your favourite deodorant before sleeping can be a good start to the day.
- Avoid using phones or electronic gadgets at least an hour before going to bed. The blue light emitted from these devices can suppress melatonin production which may disrupt sleep. Due to incomplete sleep, you may feel lazy the next morning.
- Do skincare before sleeping at night. Apply petroleum jelly or hydrating product on the face, lips and hands. This will make your skin look good in the morning and seeing glowing skin is sure to boost your mood.
Avoid consuming energy drinks or caffeine in the evening or at night as these can interfere with sleep. This can impair the sleep cycle and sleep quality.
- It is also important to create an environment for good sleep. You try to sleep in a cool, fragrant and dark environment. This promotes quality sleep.
- Whenever you wake up in the morning, do stretching exercises right in bed. This improves the blood flow in the muscles which gives you energy. Allow natural light to enter the room in the morning. This can boost your mood. It also regulates the internal clock which helps in waking up easily.
