Breastmilk supply is directly related to how many times a day you feed your baby. The more your baby feeds, the more your supply of breastmilk will increase accordingly. Keep your diet healthy but your breast milk supply will depend on your breastfeeding or pumping sessions.

Mother's diet during breastfeeding

During breastfeeding, a new mother should take great care of her diet. Whatever you eat will directly affect your baby. Water, coconut water, fresh juice or other healthy drinks must be consumed in the diet. A lactating mother should follow a healthy diet plan, which will be according to her body type.
