Foods for Anemia: Anemia means lack of blood, which is a common problem in women. Although this problem can happen to anyone, women are more troubled by it. Most of the women themselves are unaware that there is a lack of blood in their bodies. Even after being aware of this, they often ignore it. But iron deficiency can lead to many health problems. That's why ignoring it is not right at all. Oxygen is essential for the survival of the cells present in the body.
