Necessary ingredients
Instant coffee - 1 tbsp
Maida - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Lukewarm milk - 1/2 cup
Hot water - 2 tbsp
Refined oil - 1/4 cup
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Chocolate Chips - as required

Recipe
Put sugar, instant coffee and water in a large bowl and beat it with a beater at medium speed.
When the colour of the coffee is light and fluffy, add refined oil to it and beat it slightly with a beater.
Now add lukewarm milk to it and mix it with a hand whisker or beater.
Then put a fine sieve over the bowl and sift all-purpose flour and baking powder into it.
Beat the batter well with a beater.
Now place muffin baking paper in the mould of the muffin tray.
Then fill the batter in the mould.
Put chocolate chips on top and bake the tray in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.
Take your Dalgona Coffee Cupcake is ready.
