Summer Drinks: As soon as March comes, the heat has reached its peak. In such weather, the risk of diseases increases a lot. Due to the increased temperature, there are many problems related to the stomach including dehydration, diarrhoea, and heat stroke. To avoid this, it is advisable to increase liquid intake, in such a situation, we are telling you about some such summer drinks, by which you will feel cool in summer and your stomach will be very healthy.
Lassi
You can consume lassi to cool the stomach. It tastes very tasty to drink and it also gives health benefits. Curd contains nutrients like calcium, vitamin b2, vitamin b12 potassium, and magnesium which improve our immune system. Makes you feel refreshed in the exhausting summer. Regular consumption of curd during the summer season keeps the stomach healthy and protects the body from problems caused by heat stroke and rising temperature.
Material
2 cups fresh curd
a cup of water
4 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp rose water
6 to 8 ice cubes
2 tbsp finely chopped cashews and almonds
Make lassi like this
Put the curd in a bowl and churn it well. Churn it until it becomes smooth.
Now add sugar and water to it and mix it once again, then blend it with a blender.
The consistency of lassi should not be thick or thin.
Now add rose water to it and mix it once again.
Now pour lassi after putting ice cubes in the glass.
Sprinkle finely chopped nuts on top and serve
Mango Panna
Mango Panna is considered very beneficial for the stomach. The digestive system is better by drinking this. Problems like acidity, indigestion and constipation go away. Many people complain of heat in the stomach in summer, if you consume mango leaves daily, it cools the stomach. It also helps in retaining the iron and salt that comes out of the sweat.
Material
a raw mango
two teaspoons of mint leaves
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
3/4 tsp salt
4 or 5 ice cubes
How to make it?
First, roast the mangoes on the fire.
Take off its peel and separate the anus.
Put the mango pulp in a blender and make a paste by adding mint and sugar to it.
Now add cardamom powder, cumin powder, a small spoon of black pepper powder and salt.
Mix everything well and put ice cubes in a glass.
Now add one big spoon of prepared mango Panna paste, add cold water to it and enjoy it.
Peppermint Tea
To keep the stomach cool in summer, drink peppermint tea instead of milk tea. By drinking this, your digestive system will be good and there will also be coolness in the stomach. Peppermint contains many such compounds, including menthol limonene, which greatly benefits the stomach. Boil two cups of water to make it. Put mint leaves in it and let it cook on low flame for 5 to 6 minutes. After this, turn off the gas and let it cool down a bit. Now add an ice cube and pepper tea in a glass. Mix honey and lemon juice and drink it.
