Often one complains of pain in the hands due to excessive work. Due to wrong posture, pain also starts in the arm, shoulder, elbow and neck. We ignore this pain considering it is minor and it takes the form of a serious disease. This is my own experience. I am a content writer by profession. One has to use the keyboard for about 9 hours. A few days ago I felt pain in my elbow. I considered it trivial and ignored it. But the pain increased so much that even working became difficult. I started having trouble even sleeping at night. And finally, when I reached the doctor, the doctor diagnosed it as lateral epicondylitis. This problem is known as tennis elbow. Let us know about this in detail.
