Why do teeth become sensitive?

-Cavities in teeth give rise to hypersensitivity.
-People who consume more oily foods may face more problems like tingling in their teeth.
-We think that a hard toothbrush will clean the dirt from the teeth well, but due to this, there is a risk of irritation.
-If pyorrhea occurs in teeth, it later causes tooth sensitivity.
Get rid of sensitivity with the help of these things
1. Raw Onion
We use onion to enhance the taste of food, but with its help, we can also remove the tingling sensation in teeth. For this, cut raw onion into slices press it between the affected teeth, and then rinse with salt water.
2. Salt Water
Saltwater is very beneficial for teeth, for this you should lightly heat a glass of water and then add 2 spoons of salt to it. If you gargle with this water in the morning and evening, the effect will be visible within a few days.
3. Mustard Oil
Mustard oil is considered very beneficial for teeth. For this, take one spoonful of this oil and mix half a spoonful of coconut oil and a little salt in it. Now take this mixture and rub it on the affected teeth and then wash it with clean water.
4. Neem Datun
We all are aware of the medicinal properties of Neem. If you are troubled by hypersensitivity, then use a neem toothbrush instead of a plastic toothbrush, its benefits will be visible within a few days.
