Many times we search for things on Google that are personal. Along with this, a record of your every search is kept with your Google account, which is called browsing history.

The history keeps getting updated with every new search on the phone. If a smartphone user gives his phone to another person, then in some situations he may have to face embarrassment.

You can delete browsing history in Chrome
The good thing is that with Google Chrome, Android users get the facility to clear browsing history data. Android users can clear this history from the phone as per their needs and convenience.

How to clear browsing history from an Android phone
First of all, you have to open the Google Chrome app.
Now you have to click on the three-dot option on the top right corner.
Now you have to click on History from the drop-down menu.
Now here all the information of the website page visited with Google search will be visible along with the list.
Some search pages from this list can be deleted by tapping on the cross icon next to the link.
Apart from this, you can tap on Clear Browsing Data.


Now make sure that on the next page, only the Browsing History check box is ticked.
Now select any one option among All Time, Last 15 minutes, Last Hour, Last 24 hours, Last 7 Days, and Last 4 Weeks.
After this, you have to tap on Clear Data.
As soon as you select All Time and clear the data, the entire history page will appear blank.
In this way, all the previous searches will be deleted from your phone.
