Out of which 70 people were facing Vitamin B12 deficiency. Out of which 50 percent people were drinking RO water. In such a situation, it was concluded that there is a relationship between RO water and Vitamin B12 deficiency. However, a larger study is needed to confirm this.

What happens when B12 level decreases in the body?

Due to deficiency of Vitamin B12, the blood cells supplying oxygen to the organ start decreasing, due to which the body is not able to function properly. Due to which a person may have to face symptoms like weak muscles, numbness, difficulty in walking, nausea, weight loss , increased heart rate, irritability, depression, confusion, dementia.

Why is RO water not healthy?

RO removes impurities from water along with cobalt which is an important component of Vitamin B12. Due to which drinking this water for a long time causes Vitamin B12 deficiency. Along with this, it also separates healthy micro organisms from water which produce Vitamin B12 directly and indirectly.
