This day is also the birthday of India's first Vice President and second President Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. He was a great teacher and philosopher, due to which we celebrate Teacher's Day on his birthday. If you want to say thank you to your favorite teacher especially and differently on this Teacher's Day, then prepare cupcakes for them yourself. Here we are going to tell you the recipe to prepare chocolate cupcakes in 15 minutes.
Ingredients for making cupcakes
4 tbsp flour
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
3 tbsp milk
2 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Tbsp chocolate chips
Method
Making chocolate cupcakes is quite easy. To make it, first of all, add flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. Mix everything well so that there are no lumps.
Now add milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract to it. Mix all the things in such a way that a thin batter is prepared. After the batter is properly prepared, add chocolate chips to it.
Now take the cupcake mold and first grease it with butter. Then pour half the batter in it. Place all these cupcakes in the microwave and cook them at high temperature for 1 to 1.5 minutes.
When you feel that it is cooked, check it by inserting a toothpick in it. If the toothpick comes out clean, then the cupcake is ready. After cooling it, put a thank you card on it at the end. The cupcake is ready. You can gift it to your favorite teacher.
