This much fluid will be enough during the day.

If we see according to science, then 35ml*body weight equal liquid will be enough throughout the day. That is, if someone's body weight is 50 kg, then 35 * 50 = 1750 ml liquid will have to be drunk throughout the day. That is about 1.7 litres.

If you drink a lot of coffee or tea, then for every cup of coffee you should drink 2 cups of water so that the body does not get dehydrated.

Coffee more than this will harm throughout the day-

If you are thinking of drinking more coffee throughout the day then do not do this. First of all, you should drink only black coffee and that too if you drink more than 3 cups a day, it will become toxic for the liver. It is better to drink no more than two cups of black coffee a day.

It is not right to drink more than so many cups of tea in a day.

If you drink more than 3 cups of black tea, green tea etc. in a day then that too is not good for your health. This will also prove to be bad for the liver. This was about black tea, but do you know that tea with milk does not have any health-enhancing benefits?

When we drink tea, 70 calories are consumed per minute during the day. That is, by finishing 1 cup, we get 350-400 calories. It's like a 1.5-hour walk.

It is not right to drink tea with milk more than 1 cup a day. If you want, you can drink more black tea, but that too will damage the liver more than 3 cups a day. Drinking tea with milk destroys the antioxidants inside the tea and black tea will still be a little better accordingly.

How many cups of juice a day will be beneficial?

If we talk about vegetable juice, then only 1 glass of juice a day will be fine. Fruit juices are full of sugar, so it would be better if you can eat fruits instead. With this, vegetable juices are good, but they can cause bloating and acidity problems. That's why it is better not to drink too much.

Water is the best and hence you should drink sip by sip to stay hydrated.
