In the summer season, due to sunlight, tanning occurs on the face as well as on the hands. Due to this, the hands do not look good at all. You do not need any treatment to get rid of tanning. You can get rid of tanning by trying some home remedies.
Use sandalwood
Sandalwood is used on the skin. It gives coolness to the skin. Not only this, if you have pimples on your skin then sandalwood paste will come in handy. You can also use sandalwood to improve the skin.
Ingredients required
- sandalwood powder
- Curd
Method to prepare
- Add 2-3 spoons of curd in 1 spoonful of sandalwood powder.
- Now mix it well.
- You can use this paste to remove tan from your hands.
Method to use
- Apply this paste on the hands with the help of a brush.
- Rub the paste well for some time.
- Applying sandalwood paste on your hands daily will reduce the problem of tanning.
Use oats
You can use oats as a natural scrub and exfoliator. You can make a scrub by adding buttermilk to oats to get rid of tanning.
Ingredients required
- 2 tbsp oats
- Water
- buttermilk
Method to prepare
- Mix water in two spoons of oats.
- Now put a little buttermilk in it as well.
- Mix both things well.
- Take the scrub for tan hands are ready.
Method to use
- Apply this paste well on the hands.
- Scrub the hands for at least 2 to 3 minutes.
- When it dries then wash hands with water.
- Using this scrub once a week will remove the tanning of the hands.
Keep these things in mind
- If you want the hands not to be tanned, cover the hands properly before leaving the house.
- Don't forget to apply sunscreen. Sunscreen is very beneficial to avoid tanning. Apply sunscreen about 30 minutes before going somewhere, so that it gets absorbed well into the skin.
- The skin should be exfoliated. Do scrub especially if there is a problem of tanning. Use a scrub made with salicylic acid, glycolic acid, and azelaic acid.
