Mangoes are easily available in the summer season, mangoes are also liked by everyone. People eat mangoes by making shakes, chutneys, etc. in different ways. But today we have brought special raw mango curry for you in summer. It is very easy to make this recipe. So let's know about it.

Material
Raw mango - 4 (finely chopped)
Oil - 2 tbsp
Rai - 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves - 20 to 30
Whole red chili - 3
Whole black pepper - 8 to 10
Onion - 1 (chopped)
Garam masala - 1 tsp
salt to taste
sugar - as per taste
Coconut milk - 1 cup
Ginger - for garnish
Coriander - for garnishing

Recipe
1 First of all put water and mangoes in a vessel and cook till the mangoes are fully cooked.
2 Now add 4 cups of water to dilute the mangoes.
3 Then add coriander, garam masala, chili, turmeric, salt, and sugar and mix well.
4 Now heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves, whole red chilies, mustard seeds, and black pepper, and fry well.
5 When the mustard seeds crackle, add the onions and stir till the oil starts separating.
6 After this, put the mango mixture in the pan and cook for 5 minutes on low flame after it starts boiling.
7 After this add coconut milk and cook on low flame for another 2 minutes.
8 In this way your special raw mango curry will be ready.
9. Lastly, you can also add coriander and ginger to it for garnishing. Then eat it hot with your family.
