Ingredients:
1 cup mixed fruits (such as mango, banana, strawberry, pineapple, etc.), chopped
1 cup yogurt (plain or flavored)
1 cup chilled milk

A pinch of cardamom powder (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions:
In a blender, add the mixed fruits, yogurt, chilled milk, honey or sugar, and cardamom powder (if using).
