Chikoo Ice-Cream: Chikoo is such a fruit, which makes the mouth water on hearing its name. Chickoo milkshakes are also very tasty. But chickpea ice cream tastes even better. If you do not find it available in the market, do not worry, we are going to tell you the method of making it at home. You only need 5 ingredients to make it.

Material :
10 Chiku

1/2 cup fresh cream

1 cup sugar

300 ml milk (full fat)

1/2 cup milk powder

Method :
1. Clean and peel the chikoo. Take out their seeds and grate them.

2. Make a puree by putting the chiku pieces in the mixer.

3. In a large bowl, add milk, milk powder, cream, and sugar. Mix the ingredients well using a hand mixer/whisker making sure that there are no lumps.

4. Add chikoo puree to this mixture and mix well.

5. Once blended, transfer the ice cream mix to an airtight container and freeze it. After 2 hours, blend the ice cream base again and freeze again in the same container.

6. After about 3 hours, remove the ice cream base and churn it again.

7. Store it in an airtight container for 8-10 hours.

8. After cooling, garnish with some chiku pieces and enjoy.
