1/2 cup fennel
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp black salt
1 pinch of green food color
8-10 ice cubes
Sugar to taste
Salt to taste

How to make fennel syrup?
To make fennel syrup, first of all, take fennel.
Then soak it in water for about 2 hours and keep it aside.
After this, take out the extra water from the fennel and put it in the mixer jar.
Then grind the fennel coarsely in the mixie.
After this, add black salt, sugar, and a little water to it.
Then you grind it once again and prepare smooth juice.
After this, filter the prepared juice in a utensil and take it out.
Then add coarsely ground fennel and grind it in a mixie.
After this, filter the prepared juice with the help of a cotton cloth.
Then add green color to the prepared juice and mix it.
