Ingredients for Weight Loss Drink

Water - 1 cup (250 ml)

Lemon - 1/2

Sabja seeds - 1/2 teaspoon

Pure honey - 1 tsp

Method

Mix all these things in a cup of lukewarm water.

Leave it like this for 30 minutes.

Then drink it in the morning.

Vegetable seeds

Sabja (Basil) seeds are rich in alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), which stimulates fat-burning metabolism in the body. The fibre present in sabja seeds helps in burning fat by reducing the absorption of fat and carbohydrates in the body.

Sabja seeds are also low in calories and rich in vitamins and minerals including calcium, phosphorus, magnesium and iron. All these are necessary to lose weight.

Being rich in dietary fibre, sabja seeds help in weight loss. The fibre content can prevent unnecessary cravings. In addition, they are rich in proteins, essential fats, carbohydrates, and fibre.

Lemon

Lemon is light to digest, sour in taste and hot in effect. It improves appetite and metabolism. Lemon also has urine-enhancing properties, which help detox the body, which in turn helps burn fat.

If lemon is mixed with honey, this combination burns fat faster. Along with its fat-burning properties, it is also rich in folate, thiamine, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium and potassium. Being rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, lemon helps you in reducing weight. It also reduces inflammation.

Honey

Honey is the best Ayurvedic fat burner. It is sweet hence keeping away the cravings for sweet food, which most of us experience during summer. Honey is warming in nature, which helps in easy weight loss by reducing extra fat and even bad cholesterol.

Staying hydrated is the best way to keep the body weight under control. When we drink hot water, the body temperature changes and it activates the metabolism. This helps in reducing weight. Also, hot water breaks down body fat into molecules, making it easier for the digestive system to burn it.
