Who are the eligible people?
You are over 18 years old
If you are a woman
If you do not already have an LPG connection in your house
If you have a BPL card and your name is on the BPL list
If you are a ration card holder etc.
You can apply like this:-
Step 1
If you are eligible for the scheme and want to apply, then you have to visit the official website of the scheme pmuy.gov.in/index.aspx
Then here you have to click on the option 'Apply for New Ujjwala 2.0 Connection'
Step 2
After this, you have to choose any one distributor from HP, Indane, or Bharat Gas.
Now you have to fill in the information by clicking on 'Register Boat' and then login.
Step 3
After this, you also have to upload the required documents on the portal.
Your application is scrutinized after the documents are uploaded
If everything is found correct, you are given a new gas connection.
