- 1 kg potatoes, large

How to Make Street-Style Spicy Potato Chips
1. First of all wash and boil the potatoes. After that, cut the potatoes in such a way that put the slices directly in the bowl of salted water.
2. Now boil water in a pan on a high flame. Add salt and mix well. In batches, add potato slices. Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes or until they are half-cooked. Repeat the process with baby potato slices as well.
3. Drain the potato pieces and spread them on a clean muslin cloth. If you have time, you can also dry them in the sun for 7-8 hours.
