You don't have to boil the soya chaap completely but keep it immersed in hot water for 10 minutes. After this, heat oil in a pan on the gas. Then add cumin and cardamom to it. This will enhance both the aroma and taste of the chaap. If you want, you can also skip cardamom. Now add onion, garlic and ginger and cook it on medium flame. When the onions turn golden, then add tomatoes, green chilies and turmeric to it. After adding tomatoes, fry it well. When the tomatoes are cooked well, then cook red chili and coriander powder in it on low flame for 3 to 4 minutes.
After cooling this gravy, now add soybean chaap to it. After this, keep the pan on the gas for about 10 minutes and let this dish cook with a chap stick. When the gravy is ready, serve it by adding green coriander and cream.
