Material :
250 grams tamarind, 2-3 onions finely chopped, 1 teaspoon sugar, salt as per taste, 1 teaspoon red chili, a pinch of black pepper, 1/2 teaspoon roasted cumin powder,

Method :
First of all, soak tamarind in water for 2 hours.

After this, filter it with a sieve and separate its pulp.

Add red chili, black salt, powdered roasted cumin powder, and a little sugar to this water and mix well.

Now mix finely chopped green, finely chopped onions in it.
