* Ingredients required to make black gram soup:

1. Black gram-1 cup

2. Black pepper powder-1/2 teaspoon

3. Asafoetida-1/2 teaspoon

4. Cumin-1/2 teaspoon

5. Coriander leaves teaspoon

6. Lemon juice-1/2 teaspoon

7. Salt as per taste

8. Ghee or oil- 1 teaspoon

* Easy recipe to make black gram soup:

1. Making black gram soup is very easy. For this, first of all, put the black gram in 2-3 cups of water and boil it well.

2. After the gram gets boiled, keep it aside to cool for some time.

3. Now when the gram cools down, separate the water. Meanwhile, let us tell you that you should not throw away gram water.

4. After this, keep aside 1-2 spoons of boiled gram and put the remaining gram in the mixer.

5. Now add boiled gram water to the mixer, grind it well, and take it out in a vessel.

6. After this, put ghee or oil in a pan and heat it.

7. Now when the pan becomes hot, add cumin, asafoetida, black pepper, and salt and fry for some time.

8. After this, add gram paste to it and cook for some time.

9. Now after cooking for about 5 minutes, turn off the gas and add lemon juice and coriander leaves and serve.
